Leading whole-class instruction
Implementing Behaviour Plans
Supporting small group interventions
Mentoring students
Collaborating with SENCOs/Teachers
Recording behavioural incidents
Modifying lesson plans for inclusivity
Supervising break and lunch periods
Fostering positive peer relationships
Attending departmental meetings
Requirements:
HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
Passion for SEND/SEMH support
