Job Description

HIU Engineer position with Sureserve Compliance South in London, offering salary starting from £35-45k DOE + call out and overtime = OTE £60k. Full-time, 45 hours per week Monday to Friday plus call out (max 1 in 4).

Job Responsibility

  • HIU commissioning, servicing and repair and fault finding
  • Communicating professionally and courteously with clients and delivering a first in class service
  • Generating accurate and timely site reports within our PDA system
  • Participating in manufacturer and in-house training to achieve the industry recognised qualifications required to carry out the role to the highest standards
  • Adhering to Health and Safety regulations and working safely at all times
  • The role may include some working away from home for short periods

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving License (essential)
  • NVQ L2 Plumbing & Heating
  • Previous plumbing and/or heating experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Time management and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent communication and team working skills

Nice to have

  • NVQ L3 Plumbing & Heating
  • Knowledge of heat networks and previous experience of HIU commissioning, servicing, repair and fault finding
  • A technical aptitude, with an interest in low carbon technologies
