Job Description:

Affinity Partnerships are working alongside a secondary school in Weston-Super-Mare and are looking for a full-time History Teacher for term four with potential to be extended until the end of the academic year.

Job Responsibility:

Leading KS3 and KS4 lessons
Doing planning and marking
Teaching some Health and Social Care lessons

Requirements:

Qualified Teachers Status
Have a sound understanding of Secondary Education
Have excellent literacy, Numeracy, and communication skills
Have confidence supporting the KS3 and KS4 curriculum
Have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum
Will be a team player, as well as using their initiative and good sense of humour
Have experience of working with children with a range of additional needs including Autism, Speech and language difficulties and other SEND students, both in smalls groups and 1:1
Have a positive approach and be flexible to the demands of the job
