Job Description:

A mixed secondary school in Havering is seeking a History Teacher / History ECT to join their Humanities team in September 2025. The role includes working in a collaborative team with strong support and resources, along with opportunities for mentoring and professional growth.

Job Responsibility:

Working alongside a team of fantastic History Teachers

Requirements:

Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining
Strong academics across the board – Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a ‘Good or Outstanding’ level
You must be able to work as part of a large team of History Teachers
Must be willing to listen to feedback
