This digital transformation for the way we do business launched in November 2021 with a new role we are hiring for, Hiring Partners, who have assumed the responsibility of our first full-desk recruiters. Hiring Partners manage both the sales and recruiting for our customers, meaning they work with the hiring manager who submitted the job opening and then fill it with the best candidate themselves. Each employee we hire starts as a Hiring Associate, before earning a promotion Hiring Partner. As an entry-level Hiring Associate, you'll be supported by a team of mentors to show you the ropes and give guidance every step of the way.
