Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute a sales action plan to exceed budget
Support integration of Hire into the wider branch
Provide training and coaching to branch colleagues
Ensure tools and equipment are in safe, working order
Balance stock levels to meet demand
Oversee the day-to-day of the Hire team
Handle customer queries and upsell
Conduct daily toolbox talks and maintain communication
Requirements:
Experience in tool hire, plant hire, or a leadership role
Sales or customer service experience
Leadership skills
Safety focus
Proactive attitude
