Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a sales action plan that exceeds budget performance
  • Support the integration of Hire into the wider Travis Perkins branch
  • Provide training and coaching
  • Crush sales goals
  • Coach and train the team on tool hire
  • Keep all tools and equipment safe and ready
  • Balance stock levels to meet demand
  • Oversee the day-to-day of your Hire team
  • Be the go-to for customer queries
  • Keep the team and branch in the loop with daily toolbox talks
