Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute a sales action plan that exceeds budget performance
Support the integration of Hire into the wider Travis Perkins branch
Provide training and coaching
Ensure all tools and equipment are in tip-top shape, safe, and ready for action
Balance stock levels to meet demand
Oversee the day-to-day of your Hire team
Train, supervise, and motivate for top-notch performance
Be the go-to for customer queries
Offer smart solutions and upsell to boost sales
Keep the team and branch in the loop with daily toolbox talks and quick, effective communication
Requirements:
Experience in tool hire, plant hire, or a leadership role
Sales or customer service experience
Leadership skills
