As the new Hire Manager at the Newport, Shropshire branch, you’ll be at the forefront of driving success and hitting key targets. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-driven, customer-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute a sales action plan to exceed budget
Support integration of Hire into the wider branch
Provide training and coaching to branch colleagues
Lead a team of 10+ people
Oversee a fleet of 3 vehicles
Ensure tools and equipment are in safe, working order
Manage stock levels to meet demand
Handle customer queries and offer solutions
Conduct daily toolbox talks and maintain communication
Requirements:
Experience in tool hire, plant hire, or a leadership role
Sales or customer service experience
Leadership skills
Safety-focused mindset
Proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment
