We're looking for a Hire Desk Controller (Key Accounts) to join our Key Accounts Team in Stockport! Our teams of highly competent, experienced and friendly staff work closely with our own depot network and suppliers to ensure we have the latest branded products available. It’s our people that make our business great, so we make it our priority to provide the best up to date training to ensure our colleagues can offer expert advice and support. We rely on our Hire Desk Controllers to support the Key Accounts Office Manager to ensure the team objectives are achieved, including sales budget, completing hire transactions and administration duties. Working in Hirebase Key Accounts Office you’ll be part of a team where everyone is putting in the effort in to offer brilliant customer service and to get the job done.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure that day to day operations are carried out following Hirebase policy and procedures
Assist with quotes and raise orders
Dealing with some of the company’s biggest customers, Hire depots and preferred supply chain
Answering calls/responding to emails from customers and suppliers in a timely fashion
Producing quotes, raising contracts, raising collection notes and invoices
Sourcing own fleet and rehire when necessary
Requirements:
Be a team player and have effective communication skills to motivate and organise the team to help them achieve or exceed the hire sales budget and KPI’s
Multi-tasking and being able to operate in a fast-paced environment
Bring a positive can do attitude
