Job Responsibility:
Assisting with the day-to-day operations of a busy hire office, supporting the management team
Communicating professionally with customers, handling enquiries, and taking orders
Managing all hire processes, including hire contracts, exchanges, and breakdowns, while updating our Hire and CRM systems
Providing advice to customers on equipment needs and resolving queries in a friendly and professional manner
Identifying and maximising sales opportunities to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth
Requirements:
A solid understanding of customer needs and the ability to deliver exceptional service
Strong professionalism and excellent time management skills
Product knowledge (or the willingness to learn) to provide accurate advice
The ability to work effectively as part of a team, even under pressure
A calm, positive approach, ensuring tasks are completed with accuracy and precision
