Job Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships with existing clients via telephone
  • Activate passive clients and follow up on potential ones
  • Handle client inquiries appropriately and ensure that a high level of service is provided
  • Educate customers on business practices, developments, and any associated promotions
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s legal guidelines and compliance procedures

Requirements
