Highways Supervisor – Reactive Maintenance. Platinum People are recruiting for an experienced Highways Supervisor to lead reactive maintenance and safety defect repairs across the South Lincolnshire road network. All successful applicants must attend a site induction (paid), including health & safety briefing and drug & alcohol testing. Job Responsibility

  • Oversee works including pothole repairs, carriageway and footway reinstatements, ironwork repairs, and patching
  • Supervise day-to-day highway safety defect works
  • Ensure compliance with NRSWA and Chapter 8
  • Carry out site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks
  • Manage traffic management and site safety
  • Liaise with clients, inspectors, and crews

Requirements

  • NRSWA Supervisor
  • Previous highways maintenance supervisory experience
  • Full UK Driving Licence
