Job Responsibility:

  • Maintaining streetlighting infrastructure including lamp changes, visual inspections, and electrical testing
  • Carrying out electrical connections to new street lighting infrastructure
  • Carrying out fault diagnosis and repairs
  • Ensuring delivering outstanding service to clients and the general public
  • Operating a mobile elevated working platform (MEWP)
  • Attending the emergency standby rota for out of hours call outs
  • Working to strict safety guidelines and regulations

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence
  • Happy working outdoors all year round
  • Comfortable working in a MEWP above 12m

Nice to have:

  • IPAF/PASMA working at heights training
  • Knowledge of the 18th Edition
  • AM2 qualification
  • City and Guilds 2391 qualification
  • G39/Safe Isolation Training
