DOT Construction Management experience
3+ years of progressive experience in construction inspection and construction layout staking
One or more of DOT construction material certifications in: Aggregate Production, Bituminous Plant, Bituminous Street, Bridge Construction, Concrete Field, Concrete Plant, Concrete Strength, Grading and Base
