Job Description:

Are you a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for flexible, rewarding work in local schools? Job Responsibility:

Leading whole-class learning in the absence of the class teacher
Delivering pre-planned lessons and supporting interventions
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis
Assisting with planning and assessment, where required
Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe, positive learning environment
Collaborating with teachers and other staff to support pupil progress
Promoting the school’s safeguarding policies and procedures

Requirements:

HLTA status or equivalent Level 4 qualification
Proven experience in a school setting (ideally across a range of age groups)
Confidence in leading whole-class teaching
A flexible, proactive, and reliable approach
Strong communication and classroom management skills
A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
