Job Description:

Justteachers is currently recruiting a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work at a welcoming primary school in Beswick, Manchester to start after May half term. The successful candidate will provide high-quality support across various year groups, assisting teachers in the delivery of lessons, supporting small groups, and working with children on a 1:1 basis to help them achieve their full potential.

Job Responsibility:

Support class teachers in planning and delivering lessons across different year groups
Lead small group sessions and provide tailored 1:1 support for students
Assist in the preparation and delivery of educational resources and materials
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to teachers
Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
Support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
Contribute to the development of individual learning plans
Build strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure student progress
