This long-term, ongoing role offers an exciting opportunity to support students' learning and development in a nurturing and collaborative environment. You will play a key role in supporting class teachers, delivering small group and one-to-one interventions, and helping create a positive and inclusive classroom experience. Job Responsibility:
Supporting teachers in the planning and delivery of engaging and creative lessons
Leading small group sessions and delivering 1:1 support for pupils
Providing cover supervision across the school when needed
Assisting with the assessment and progress tracking of students
Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Upholding the school's values and promoting positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
Requirements:
HLTA qualification or equivalent
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one through Randstad)
Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
Excellent knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
A genuine passion for education and child development
