Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join a team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) at a thriving SEN school in Caterham, Surrey. You will support teachers, assist with lesson planning and delivery, and provide tailored support to students.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and high-quality lessons
assisting with lesson planning
preparing resources
setting up the classroom
providing support during lessons
working with individual students and small groups
providing tailored support and encouragement
leading small group activities
providing interventions
supporting students with special educational needs

Requirements:

Recent graduates or those looking for a career change
individuals with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
individuals who are creative and innovative
