Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting exceptional children and a creative approach to meeting needs and enhancing curriculum delivery.

Job Responsibility:

work collaboratively with the teacher and class staff team to deliver education sessions and create a welcoming environment
support the teacher in delivering our specialist curriculum
take responsibility for aspects of curriculum delivery
find ways to engage pupils and overcome barriers to learning

Requirements:

Teaching Assistant Level 3 Diploma
strong understanding of Autism
ability to show how you meet the Higher Level Teaching Assistant Standards
