Requirements
HLTA Qualification (or a willingness to work towards obtaining one)
GCSE Grade C or equivalent in Maths and English
Knowledge and experience working with autistic students and applying effective teaching strategies
Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
A passion for supporting young people and helping them reach their full potential
