Job Description:

Become a Super-TA at this SEN School! Make a Difference in the Lives of Young People with Autism. This SEN School in Effingham, Surrey, close to Guildford, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead lessons and activities across the school
  • Help students with their learning, modify and adapt activities
  • Contribute to individual learning plans
  • Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Address challenging behavior
  • Work alongside educators and specialists

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with autism and associated complex needs
  • Strong commitment to student well-being
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
  • Ability to manage a variety of situations and adapt approach to meet individual needs

Nice to have:

HLTA's with SEN experience (eligible for £2000 Welcome Bonus)
