Job Description:

A welcoming primary school in Countesthorpe is seeking a confident HLTA to support teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2. This role involves delivering whole‑class cover during teacher absence, leading targeted small‑group sessions and supporting planning where required. You will play a key part in raising attainment and ensuring continuity of learning throughout the busy summer term.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver whole‑class teaching when needed
Support learning across KS1 and KS2
Lead small‑group interventions
Assist with planning and resource preparation
Promote strong behaviour, engagement and independence
Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff

Requirements:

HLTA qualification or equivalent
Experience leading whole classes
Confident behaviour management
Strong communication and organisation
Enhanced DBS
Legal right to work in the UK
