Job Description:

HLTA – Intervention & Classroom Cover | Seaford. A popular, well-organised Seaford primary school with a strong sense of community is expanding its support team and requires a HLTA to deliver interventions and provide PPA/cover across the school. The school operates with extremely clear routines and excellent communication. You will receive a timetable that balances structured intervention blocks with planned moments for cover. Staff genuinely enjoy working here due to the Headteacher’s calm, professional leadership and consistent expectations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering reading, maths and phonics interventions
  • Leading whole-class sessions in the teacher’s absence
  • Supporting behaviour and learning across KS1 and KS2
  • Preparing resources and liaising with class teachers
