Job Description:

We are seeking outstanding and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join our successful team, supporting a diverse range of schools across Manchester and the surrounding boroughs. Due to unprecedented demand, we have multiple vacancies offering both ultimate flexibility and long-term stability.

Job Responsibility:

  • Whole Class Cover: Delivering planned lessons during teacher PPA time, short-term absences, or training
  • Intervention Specialist: Planning and leading targeted interventions (Literacy, Numeracy, Phonics, SEMH) for small groups
  • Team Support: Assisting the class teacher and providing specialist support across the school
  • PPA Coverage: Providing preparation, planning, and assessment (PPA) time cover for teachers

Requirements:

  • HLTA Status/Equivalent qualification
  • years 7-11 experience
