Job Description

As a High-Volume Recruiter, Workforce you’ll play a key role in scaling Hadrian’s frontline and operational workforce. You’ll own hiring for high-volume, hourly, and non-exempt roles across manufacturing and operations, helping staff critical facilities that power the business. This is not a traditional recruiting role. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment where speed, consistency, and candidate experience all matter. You’ll partner closely with Operations, People, and site leaders to meet aggressive hiring goals while maintaining quality and compliance. You’ll join a growing Talent team that is collaborative, mission-driven, and focused on building at scale. We work with urgency, empathy, and discipline to support a rapidly expanding workforce across multiple locations.

Job Responsibility

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, hourly, and non-exempt roles across operations and manufacturing
  • Partner with Operations and site leaders to understand workforce needs, hiring targets, and timelines
  • Build and manage high-throughput candidate pipelines using a mix of inbound, outbound, and local sourcing strategies
  • Drive efficient, repeatable hiring processes that balance speed, quality, and compliance
  • Deliver a positive, respectful candidate experience for a high-volume applicant population
  • Track and manage hiring metrics including time-to-fill, funnel conversion, and hiring capacity
  • Coordinate interviews, hiring events, and onboarding handoffs at scale
  • Continuously improve recruiting workflows, tools, and processes to support growth

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume, hourly, or operational hiring
  • Comfortable managing large candidate pipelines and competing priorities
  • Strong communicator who builds trust with candidates and operations leaders
  • Organized, process-driven, and data-aware
  • Thrive in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments
  • Care deeply about candidate experience, even at scale
