Job Description

Allied Universal® is hiring a Corporate Recruiter - CEC (Client Experience Center). The Corporate Recruiter will support call center hiring for Allied Universal Security and its various business units. The Corporate Recruiter will perform full lifecycle recruiting for high-volume admin positions, including but not limited to, skilled customer service representatives, monitoring center operators, call center agents, leadership positions, etc. The person will be based at our Customer Experience Center (CEC) in Richardson, TX. This is a 5-day-a-week on-site position at the CEC (Client Experience Center).

Job Responsibility

  • Recruitment Process and Candidate Selection: Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) and other sourcing channels (including community-based organizations) to drive applicant flow and develop strong talent pipelines, leveraging innovative strategies and market analysis to optimize recruitment efforts
  • Partner closely with senior and line management to gain a deep understanding of job responsibilities, define ideal candidate profiles, and provide expert guidance on recruiting strategy, salary ranges, and role requirements to attract the most qualified talent
  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including requisition handling, reviewing applications, assessing candidate qualifications, conducting video interviews, and delivering thoroughly screened candidates to hiring teams
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, lead feedback and selection discussions, and adjust criteria based on team input. Ensure the candidate selection process is compliant, engaging, and aligned with the company brand, instilling confidence in both the organization and opportunity
  • Work in collaboration with the members of the Talent Acquisition Team to identify, capture and report relevant and creative sourcing techniques to identify trends and assess progress
  • Candidate Experience: Promote and deliver a world-class, outstanding candidate experience, ensuring seamless engagement from initial outreach to the new hire start date
  • Extend verbal offers, manage negotiations, and collaborate with the Human Resources team to ensure candidate has cleared all pre-hire requirements before their targeted start date
  • Business Partnership: Facilitate tours to visitors such as candidates, new hires, leadership, etc.
  • Partner with CEC leaders within multiple business units to promote retention efforts between the call centers and divisional teams
  • evaluate employee retention and work with managers to adjust qualifications, ensuring higher employee success rates
  • Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Team with recruitment efforts for additional administrative openings as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Psychology, or related degree
  • Associate's degree in business, Communications, Psychology, or related degree with a minimum of three (3) years of human resources/recruiting experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent combined with a minimum of five (5) years of human resources/recruiting experience
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in full life cycle recruiting, which includes sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal parameters, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system, preferably iCIMS
  • Sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or similar tools
  • Highly resourceful, leveraging existing technology to source candidates through social media, employee lists from the competitive landscape, on-line networking, internet, and other website functions
  • Polished written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate clear direction and expectations

What we offer

  • Pay: $60,000 base salary + 10% annual bonus eligibility + equity units

  • Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days
  • Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly. Unused vacation is only paid out where required by law
