Job Responsibility:

  • Install, service, and maintain high-voltage transformers and associated equipment
  • Perform fault-finding, troubleshooting, and repairs on-site
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently
  • Travel across Australia to client sites (relocation and travel support provided)
  • Maintain accurate service reports and compliance documentation

Requirements:

  • Electrical or Mechanical trade qualification (Electrician, Electrical Fitter, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years of field service or electrical/mechanical maintenance experience
  • Strong hands-on technical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Full Australian Driver’s license (or ability to obtain)
  • Safety-conscious and able to work independently

Nice to have:

  • Experience with high-voltage transformers, OLTCs, or switchgear
  • Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics
  • Previous travel-based field service experience
  • Mentoring or team leadership skills
