Cranswick Country Foods Prepared Poultry is a specialty producer of delicious, cooked poultry ingredients. An exciting new opportunity has arisen for High Risk Production Manager to join busy Production Team at Cranswick Poultry Prepared, Hull. The High Risk Production Manager will be responsible for the management and coordination of High Risk operations including, cooking, cooling and packing and to consistently improve the quality, departmental throughput and performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide guidance and leadership to the High Risk Team
  • promote, monitor and maintain a high standard of hygienic practice and quality
  • assure attainment of business objectives and production schedules
  • coordinate with Low Risk and Packing to achieve the agreed production plan
  • delivering KPI's and increasing year on year performance
  • communicate, report and performance manage the team
  • promote, monitor and maintain a high standard of occupational health and safety
  • reduce waste
  • maintain and improve housekeeping in all areas
