Job Responsibility

  • Perform system design as well as detailed design of a DC/DC power converter
  • Assist with the development of a prototype
  • Assist with the development of test specifications
  • Assist with planning and follow-up of design related activities
  • Prepare design documentation and specifications required for fabrication of the converter
  • Provide support to technicians during fabrication and testing phase of the project

Requirements

  • Electrical engineer with special focus on power electronics
  • Experience from design of power electronics at high power and high voltage
  • Experience from design of power converters, controllers, transfer switches and similar
  • Experience from the wind turbine industry would be advantageous
  • Strong problem solving, analytical methods and technical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in and with team(s)
  • Uses initiative to identify and resolve problems/issues and has good judgement

Nice to have

Experience from the wind turbine industry would be advantageous
