We’re assisting a prominent insurance firm in hiring a motivated and results-driven High-Net-Worth (HNW) New Business Executive. The primary purpose of this role is to identify, acquire, and manage new HNW clients while delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs. Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in insurance sales, specifically targeting HNW clients

  • In-depth knowledge of personal and commercial insurance products for HNW individuals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional negotiation and influencing abilities

Nice to have:

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and managing sales pipelines effectively
  • Deep understanding of the HNW market and the ability to identify and address unique client requirements
