High Net Worth Divorce Paralegal

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and correspondence related to high net worth divorce cases
• Assist in the management of discovery processes, including eDiscovery and deposition coordination
• Organize, analyze, and summarize financial statements, assets, tax returns, and other critical documents for litigation purposes
• Track deadlines, court filings, and procedural requirements for state-specific family law cases
• Coordinate with external experts (e.g., financial advisors, forensic accountants) and assist in preparing expert reports and trial materials
• Serve as a liaison between attorneys and clients, ensuring confidentiality, professionalism, and client satisfaction

• 2+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant
• Proficiency in legal technology, including eDiscovery platforms and e-filing systems
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with high-profile clients and sensitive cases
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills in handling large caseloads under deadline pressures
