Job Responsibility

Operating a Variety of Tanker units, you will carry out a range of services associated with the tankers, cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of our customer’s drains, whilst delivering an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise
Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of our customers’ drains
Operation of High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards
Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise
Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and apps
Communicate effectively with high profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is always provided
