We're looking for a reliable and safety-focused HGV Driver to join our team at NDI Newport. You'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly - delivering materials to our customers, supporting your branch team and representing our brand out on the road.

Job Responsibility

  • Making sure deliveries get where they need to be, on time and with a smile
  • Working closely with your branch team - lending a hand and keeping things moving
  • Chatting with customers and suppliers - keeping things friendly, clear and professional
  • Taking care of your vehicle and driving safely
  • Using HIAB equipment if applicable (training provided)
  • Helping with loading, unloading and making sure everything's in the right place

Requirements

Valid Class 2 licence

  • Can often work with other agencies, when required including, Police, DVLA and VOSA
  • Deals with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures the relevant information packs are available
