Job Description:

H.R. Owen, the UK’s leading luxury automotive dealer group, is seeking a HGV Driver to work at Hatfield. We’re looking for someone that’s used to going above and beyond to deliver the highest level of customer service, with a focus on maintaining high standards of care of customer and company property in line with procedures.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collecting and delivering customer and company vehicles on behalf of the dealership as instructed
  • Maintaining the highest standards of driving
  • Establishing a good image and relationship with people who we deliver to or collect from, including other branches of the H.R. Owen Group
  • Acting as an ambassador for the dealership

Requirements:

  • Previous experience driving luxury vehicles in a professional capacity
  • Ability to maintain the highest standards of driving and ensure a full clean driving license is maintained
  • Ability to take ownership of role with strong commitment and willingness to assist the service team
  • Ability to deliver the highest levels of customer service
  • Passion for the luxury industry, ability to recognise excellence and have a basic knowledge of the brands H.R. Owen work with
  • Knowledge of and adherence to systems including legal responsibilities under the Road Traffic Act, and Vehicle Taxation Validity
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to communicate regularly with a wide range of people at all levels across the company
