Job Description

At Willow Pumps we are proud to be one of the UK’s leading providers of water pump solutions, including supply, installation and servicing of all ‘water in, waste out’ assets. One call and we can do it all! Over the past 35 years we have grown a team of dedicated professionals providing a wide range of services from pump station design, installation and maintenance. As we grew, we also developed a successful drainage capability and large tanker fleet, taking our offering from simply pumping solutions, to providing a complete ‘water in, waste out’ service.

Job Responsibility

  • Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of our customers’ assets
  • Operation of High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards
  • Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise
  • Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and apps
  • Being part of an on-call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year.

Requirements

  • Minimum HGV class 2 (Category C) licence with minimum of 2 years driving experience
  • High pressure water jetting experience and HPWJ ticket essential
  • Relative H&S training - CSCS or EUSR / HPWJ / Street works
  • Excellent problem-solving ability with sound technical knowledge
  • Have a positive, flexible, can-do attitude
  • Want to be part of a growing and progressive business
  • Be willing to work some unsociable hours - Early starts, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight work may be required
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Must live within a 45 minute commute to the Aylesford office.
