HGV Class 2 Skip Driver

• Operate a Class 2 (Category C) skip lorry safely and professionally
• Deliver, collect, and exchange skips at domestic, commercial, and construction sites
• Load and unload skips using vehicle-mounted equipment
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects promptly on R2C
• Ensure all loads are secure and transported in line with legal requirements
• Complete delivery paperwork and electronic records accurately
• Maintain compliance with tachograph, Working Time Directive, and driver hours regulations
• Provide a professional and courteous service to our customers and clients
• Follow all health & safety, environmental, transport and Company set policies
• Keep the vehicle in a clean and presentable condition

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Driver CPC qualification
• Digital tachograph card
• Previous skip driving experience preferred
• Good knowledge of UK road networks and transport regulations
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
• Strong timekeeping, flexibility, and reliability
• Ability to work independently and manage daily routes
