Job Description:

As a Laundry Driver, you will be responsible for the pickup and Delivery of Linen from our customers playing an important role in making sure our customers have the necessary linen to service their businesses. The driving routes will always start and finish within the same day at the Livingston Laundry, with no overnight or nighttime driving. You will embrace every opportunity to create extra special moments for our customers and provide a personal experience our customer will want to share.

Job Responsibility:

Distribute and pick up of linen from all Apex customer sites driving the designated Apex vehicle
Distributing of all sundry items required by customers
Preparing clean linen for each hotel
Assisting with the loading of hotel linen orders to Laundry vehicle
Maintaining cleanliness of laundry vehicles
Adhere with all Highway Code regulations whilst driving the Apex company vehicle

Requirements:

Can deliver excellent standards
Has a customer service attitude
Must be able to produce full Catergory C (Class 2) UK DVLA Driver's Licence on application with no more than 3 points, with no DD(reckless/dangerous driving), DR(drink or drugs) or CD(careless driving) endorsements
Must meet all VOSA conditions for driving a 7.5 tonnes vehicle
Hold up to date CPC training and a tachograph
