Job Responsibility:
Collecting and delivering cars within agreed timescales
Ensuring customer receives best possible service on collection and delivery
Accounting for all cash and credit card transactions
Completing forms to indicate damage on the car
Taking digital photographs and gaining signature from customer
Highlighting defects identified during loading/unloading or handover
Ensuring all jobs are referenced and filed on completion
Requirements:
Experience driving HGV class 2 vehicles and within recovery
Very customer-focused and have great customer handling skills
Knowledge of the area local to our repair centre
Current valid driving license, which meets the fleet insurance criteria and hold a Class 'C' LGV Licence
Driver 'Certificate of Professional Competence' (CPC)
