Job Description:

FM Conway is seeking a skilled HGV Class 2 Driver to join our dedicated Water and Drainage Management team. In this vital role, you’ll help protecting protect communities and keeping essential infrastructure running smoothly. Working as part of a two-person crew, you’ll be at the front line of drainage operations, from drain cleaning and clearance to repair and maintenance work. Using specialised vehicles and equipment, you'll help ensure that water flows freely through drainage systems, helping to prevent flooding, minimise disruption, and support a healthier environment. This is a full time, permanent role, working nights, based in Sittingbourne, Kent.

Job Responsibility:

Carrying out drainage services including high-pressure water jetting (HPWJ) to inspect, clean, and maintain drainage networks
Responding promptly to drainage issues and emergency callouts
Supporting planned and reactive maintenance by clearing, cleaning, and repairing drainage systems
Accurately recording and reporting all work carried out
Using app-based reporting system to update job progress, upload photos/videos

Requirements:

Class 2 licence
valid Driver CPC
strong commitment to health and safety
enjoys working as part of a team
previous experience in the drainage industry is preferred but not essential
