Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and professional HGV Class 1 Shunter Driver to support our logistics team on an ad hoc basis, covering a mix of day and night shifts.

Job Responsibility:

  • Safely move and position vehicles within the yard and/or depot
  • Couple and uncouple trailers
  • Communicate effectively with drivers and depot staff to ensure safe vehicle movements
  • Check and report any vehicle damage

Requirements:

  • Full UK Class C+E (HGV Class 1) Licence
  • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
  • Ideally 3+ months Class 1 experience
  • Strong reliability, safety awareness, and customer focus
