Job Responsibility

Various HGV driving duties, including daily checks to ensure your vehicle is roadworthy and safe to use
Comply with vehicle security and standing procedures at all times
Manage the hand held terminals and be able to record accurate information
Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and returned to the Transport Office
Report any delivery issues in a timely manner to the Transport Office
Provide a professional driving service, meeting and exceeding customer expectations
Ensure health and safety standards are adhered at all times

Knowledgeable about drivers’ hours and regulations

Job Responsibility

Driving a modern seven-car transporter across UK routes
Collecting end-of-life, insurance and accident-damaged vehicles from customers
Loading, securing and occasionally winching non-running vehicles
Carrying out depot-to-depot transfers when required
Completing all paperwork accurately and on time
Working closely with our transport, operations and material handling teams
Completing occasional nights out (paid extra)
Working 48 hours per week, Monday to Friday
