Job Description

Kinaxia Derby is currently recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our team at our Belper site. We’re looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a supportive and professional team.

Job Responsibility

  • Carry out daily vehicle checks to ensure your vehicle is safe and roadworthy
  • Arrive on time for your assignments and communicate any issues to the traffic office
  • Follow all company procedures, customer requirements, and the Highway Code
  • Maintain high health and safety standards at all times
  • Complete all deliveries and collections as detailed on your manifest
  • Comply with EU tachograph regulations and the Working Time Directive (WTD)
  • Keep your vehicle clean, tidy, and well-presented

Requirements

  • A full LGV C+E (Class 1) licence
  • A valid Driver Qualification Card (DQC) / Driver CPC
  • A valid Digital Tachograph Card
  • Strong communication skills
