Job Description:

Workchain is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join our client in Tamworth. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This will be a mix of general haulage work on a curtain sider. Starts range from 0600 - 0700 9 - 10 hour days. 2 - 3 drops a day!

Job Responsibility:

  • Safely operate a HGV Class 1 vehicle
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods to designated locations
  • Conduct vehicle checks before and after each shift
  • Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance

Requirements:

  • Valid HGV Class 1 license
  • CPC qualification
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a HGV Class 1 Driver
  • Good communication and customer service skills
