Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to influence the trajectory of GSK Poland’s hematology franchise. The Hematology Product Manager will be a critical enabler for our growing hematology commercial franchise at GSK. This individual will have a passion for hematology/oncology to deliver value to patients, Healthcare Professionals and GSK. This individual will be responsible for creating marketing materials and evolving the GSK hematology story through leadership across cross functional teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Drive the development, execution, and continuous optimization of marketing strategies and global integrated campaigns for GSK’s hemato-oncology portfolio, ensuring alignment with both global and local objectives
  • Omnichannel Campaign Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop, implement, and manage omnichannel marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels to engage healthcare professionals and patients
  • Promotional Material Development: Create, adapt, and update promotional materials that reflect brand messaging while ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal standards
  • Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and risks. Deliver actionable insights to shape marketing and sales strategies, leveraging NHF and MOH data, market access intelligence, and collaboration with Analytics teams
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the medical, sales, and external agency teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing activities
  • Sales Support and training: Support sales teams with strategic account management, providing impactful materials, presentations and training to enhance promotion of GSK’s hemato-oncology products
  • Budget Management: Monitor the promotional budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and reporting on financial performance
  • Event Management: Coordinate the logistics for congresses, seminars, and webinars to promote GSK’s presence and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Compliance and Reporting: Do the right thing and adhere to all relevant pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, or related field (master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum 3+ years of recent experience in hemato‑oncology marketing, with a strong preference for direct experience in Multiple Myeloma
  • Strong understanding of Poland pharmaceutical market dynamics, oncology healthcare system and reimbursement pathways
  • Fluent in Polish and English
  • Excellent communication skills for interfacing with all levels within the company, as well as external experts
  • Self-starter driven to leave a lasting positive impact on the healthcare system and patients, regardless of barriers
