Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for hematology and a proven track record of success in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Hematology Area Sales Manager. You will be responsible for driving sales growth of our hematology-related products within a designated territory. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, executing effective sales strategies, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Job Responsibility:
Promoting and selling hematology products to oncology and hematology healthcare professionals in hospitals, clinics, and private practices
building and maintaining relationships with hematologists, oncologists, pathologists, pharmacists, and lab personnel
educating healthcare providers on product benefits and usage
executing territory business plans
planning and reporting sales activities using CRM tools
staying current on disease state knowledge, competitive landscape, and healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
4-6 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry, with hematology or oncology experience strongly preferred
a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong clinical acumen and the ability to communicate complex medical information effectively
excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
ability to travel within the assigned territory.
