Hematology Area Sales Manager

• Promoting and selling hematology products to oncology and hematology healthcare professionals in hospitals, clinics, and private practices
• building and maintaining relationships with hematologists, oncologists, pathologists, pharmacists, and lab personnel
• educating healthcare providers on product benefits and usage
• executing territory business plans
• planning and reporting sales activities using CRM tools
• staying current on disease state knowledge, competitive landscape, and healthcare regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
• 4-6 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry, with hematology or oncology experience strongly preferred
• a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• strong clinical acumen and the ability to communicate complex medical information effectively
• excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• ability to travel within the assigned territory
