Requirements:
Doctorate of Medicine
Board-eligible or Board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Oncology (or Hematology/Oncology)
Unrestricted Florida Medical License
Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License
Record of clinical and academic achievement
Commitment to patient-centered multidisciplinary cancer care
Clinical acumen to manage patients with hematological and oncological diagnoses
Support for clinical, research and educational missions
Ability to establish and maintain an active clinical practice
Nice to have:
Sub-specialization in certain malignancies
Clinical research engagement
