Job Responsibility

Respond to incoming calls and assist individuals in crisis while maintaining a calm and supportive demeanor
Communicate effectively in both Creole and English to support a diverse population
Accurately translate and document information to ensure clear communication and proper record-keeping
Participate in training sessions focused on suicide prevention and crisis intervention techniques
Use data entry skills to maintain organized and detailed records of interactions
Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving caller experiences
Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards when handling sensitive information
Provide resources and referrals to callers seeking additional support or services

Close coordination and collaboration with wind tunnel model suppliers in all phases of the model fabrication to ensure manufacturability of all designed parts and quality standards
Model acceptance at supplier premises
Preparation of geometries for in-house 3D print
Model fabrication using in-house 3D print
Hands-on Integration, instrumentation and calibration of wind tunnel models in the aero lab
Contribution to test preparation
Contribution to wind tunnel test execution in external wind tunnel facilities
