We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Helpline Counselor to provide support and guidance to individuals in need through phone-based services. This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, calm under pressure, and comfortable working flexible schedules.

Job Responsibility:

  • Answer incoming helpline calls and provide emotional support and resources
  • Assess caller needs and respond using active listening and crisis intervention techniques

Requirements:
